Jess Reed and Ryan Stackhouse are the founders of Cashflow to Freedom. Their joint journey began in 2013, crossing paths as an agent and a mortgage loan officer. While they initially carved their own paths in single-family rentals, the limitations and challenges inherent in this sector led them to joining forces in the commercial real estate sector.
 

 

Their first shared commercial venture was in 2017.  After multiple successful acquisitions, they realized that in order to grow larger and faster, they would need to harness the power of syndication and begin to bring on additional investors, as well as a growing list of investors wanting to build cash flow to live life on their terms NOW. Today, they jointly own $50 million in assets and growing, a testament to their astute investment strategies and risk management.

 

However, Jess and Ryan's vision extends beyond personal wealth creation. Recognizing the obstacles many face in real estate investing, they created the Cashflow to Freedom Academy. The academy equips beginners with foundational knowledge, and advanced investors with the skills to master commercial real estate investment.
 

 

Their goal is to help 1,000 people become financially independent through Real Estate investing.
